How It Works
Syndicates are structured around membership tiers, participation rules, and performance-based benefits. This model ensures our growth is decentralized, incentivized, and unlimited in scale.
Membership Tiers
Join a syndicate by selecting a tier. Each tier unlocks access to revenue share, referral bonuses, and syndicate equity.

Syndicate Managers
Each syndicate is led by one or more Managers responsible for team growth and performance.
Manager Criteria:
- Must outperform general members
- Maintain monthly recruiting and revenue goals
- Eligible for 1–5% overrides on team volume
- Guaranteed if accredited ($50K+ investor)
- Managers can be replaced if inactive or underperforming.
Accountability & Rules
To maintain integrity and performance:
- Members inactive for 3 consecutive months are removed
- Occasional inactivity will trigger automated warnings
- Performance tracking dashboards are integrated via your DOMINAIT portal
- Syndicates may be regionalized or product-specialized as we expand
